I discovered v jewellers about a year ago. Mostly I’ve dealt with Mario. I had things I no longer liked and wanted remade. I had my own ideas - I’m quite fussy & particular to say the least. Mario is an absolute gem. My ideas were considered and input was given. He is patient, knowledgeable and artistic. The standard of work is at a very high level, and the pricing is fair. The team are always welcoming, friendly and professional. I trust them completely.
The most wonderful shop to deal with. Not only do they have the best choice in jewellery and watches, they made me a beautiful bespoke ring a few years ago. The customer service is impeccable. I went in today and again, can only recommend them highly. You will never be disappointed.????

Terrible customer service, very very rude and got aggressive on the phone. After telling lies to my face, & I caught them out, which it was for a item of refund which I was promised my full refund, knocked me quite a pew hundred pounds. Funny thing is I & my family know them and have buying off them for years.... Broke my trust & loyalty. As we all used to send alot of business there way, not no more. Arsholes & stuck up, now think they are what not something special or better than you. & forget were they come from or how they started. Money money money.... Anyways I leave it there, and from this review I hope you lose business. You robbing 2 faced backstabbing pushdo... Thanks for stealing of me. ????????????
I love this jeweller. Everything can be made from scratch and custom. Diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires- you name it. We've just purchased my engagement ring from there. The designs are contemporary and the staff are warm and listen to your needs. Quality stones were shown to me. Great and fun creative experience.
