Really excellent service and great value. Took my garage remote fob for a new battery. Got a replacement within minutes even though it’s not a standard battery. Highly recommended.
I went to this jewellery Shop today to change the battery of a watch. I was talking to the lady and I asked how much it would be and the man from the back said it would cost £7 but as soon as the lady gave him the watch and saw the brand said £10. As soon as I left as they told me it would be in 30min (I thought it’s very expensive to change the battery, which the battery costs £1 and to change it is basically 2min) Anyway in the end I came back to get my watch before they were changing the battery as I felt like they were stealing money because was a good brand (not expensive one but a decent one) and maybe they thought I didn’t have a clue when actually I come from goldsmiths family background. (But they didn’t know this ????)
Gary is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whether for buying, repairing or valuations. Lovely, unusual jewellery. Service is friendly not pushy. Highly recommend.
